Scanning
This is the process by which we will convert your analogue documents into digital files. Input for You being specialized in the processing of heterogeneous archives, all the documents that are going to be digitized have been labeled and sorted by our handling team. Depending on the type of document, the processing will be different. It will be digitized either on-site, at our Brussels office or at our off-shore site in order to provide the most flexibility to our customers. Active documents, which represent an important present value, can be treated in two different ways. We provide a service that allows the choice to the client to digitize the documents in our Brussels office or, if the archives are sensitive,
to scan them on-site, in which case we set-up our scanners in the client's office. For both solutions, the time of treatment is fairly low and the possibility is left for the client to have an instant use of any documents. Passive and dead documents are processed differently. They are shipped to our off-shore site in India by air or by sea depending on the unavailability time allowed by the client. They are then scanned by our professionals in India for a lower production cost, providing us with a quality service for the lowest fares available on the market.
