Indexation
Making scanning useful is important to us and this is why we invest a lot in indexation. Input for You has developed its own complex software for an efficient, quality based indexation. This allows the digital reconstruction of the files. After the digitization, all the heterogeneous information is stored on servers waiting to be classified. Our experts will have a look at every single document scanned to make a first cleaning of the waste information digitized. Documents are kept in color if needed for quality matters and others are kept in black and white for space and easy-use matters. We end up with high quality documents that take up the minimum space. They will then identify all the different files, name them and give every document a precise location in its affiliated file.
We provide here a large added value to the archives. This will allow the client to find any document very fast by typing a key-word or a name that will refer to a particular file or document. For instance, for hospital archives, it will all be sorted by patient number, name, date or hospital service, making it easy for any employee to find any document easily.
